Day Wise Itinerary

Your journey begins as you arrive in Rajkot and proceed to the vibrant city of Jamnagar. Here, you will explore the tranquil Lakhota Lake and its island museum, stepping into the region's history. The spiritual immersion starts at the renowned Bala Hanuman Temple, famous for its continuous chanting of hymns since 1956—a feat recognized by the Guinness World Records. Later, witness the immense scale of India's industrial might as you pass the vast Reliance Petroleum Refinery en route to the holy city of Dwarka for your overnight stay.

Dedicate the day to exploring the sacred city of Dwarka, believed to be the earthly kingdom of Lord Krishna. Your exploration includes a boat ride to Bet Dwarka, an island considered to be his residence. Return to the mainland to behold the magnificent architecture and profound energy of the Dwarkadhish Temple, a major pilgrimage site. You will also visit the beautifully carved Rukmini Devi Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna's consort, and the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Shiva.

Today, travel along the scenic coastline to Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, and pay homage at Kirti Mandir. Continue your drive to Somnath, home to one of the most revered and ancient temples in India. Visit the Bhalka Tirth, a pivotal pilgrimage spot, and the serene Triveni Ghat. The highlight is the magnificent Somnath Temple, standing majestically by the sea. The day concludes with a deeply moving experience attending the evening aarti ceremony, followed by a captivating light and sound show narrating the temple's legendary history.

After an optional morning aarti, depart for the wild landscapes of Sasan Gir. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and prepare for an afternoon of wildlife exploration at the Devalia Safari Park. This enclosed area within Gir National Park offers a condensed yet fantastic opportunity to witness the park's diverse fauna, including the iconic Asiatic lion, leopards, and numerous deer and bird species, making it a perfect preview of the wilderness.

Rise early for a thrilling morning jeep safari deep into the core zones of Gir National Park, offering the best chance to see the majestic Asiatic lions and other wildlife in their natural habitat during the active morning hours. After breakfast, begin your journey back to Rajkot. En route, you will visit several significant temples, including the Jalaram Temple in Virpur and the splendid Swaminarayan Akshardham and Khodaldham temples in Gondal, providing a final touch of spiritual serenity before your departure.
